APOTHECARY GARDEN GUIDE BOOK {book only}

$12.00

Have some herbs but just aren’t quite sure what to do with them? Or are you interested in growing herbs for herbal medicine but just aren’t quite sure where or how to begin? Well… here’s a nice guide I wrote for you!

I’ve put together my top 10 medicinal herbs to grow as well as wrote a guide on exactly how to grow them and what to do each step of the way from seed to herbal medicine. I wanted to make this process as easy and enjoyable as possible for you. That’s why I wrote a guide. It lays out all the information I wish I’d had along the way of learning to make my own home apothecary from the garden. You can do this with an outdoor garden, raised beds, or even container planting on a porch or balcony.

My goal for this book is to be an easy to grab guide answering a bulk of your most common herbalism questions. No fluff- just the things you actually want and need to know in an easy to read format.

HERBAL EDUCATION- The book explains each herb in great detail including Where and how to plant it, When to gather it, Companion planting with this herb, Which parts to gather for herbal medicine, What herbal actions (medicinal properties) it has as well as how to work with this information, Dosage tips, Spiritual properties of the plant, and if there are any known Contraindications or Herb/drug interactions.

HERBAL MEDICINE MAKING- It also goes on to explain how to make a tea, decoction, tincture, vinegar, compress, and oxymel with the included seeds/herbs. There are a few recipes and lots of lesser known heirloom advice I’ve received over the years. I tried to keep it short and sweet so its only 44 pages and easy to read.
