When do I think of Dandelion leaf? If some fluid needs shedding! Its a nutritive aquaretic (potassium sparing diuretic) that I have called upon many times with any type of fluid retention. I can’t think of an herb that does this more effectively. Its power to help reduce excess fluid while keeping essential vitamins and minerals amazes me. Speaking of vitamins and minerals, It is also a bitter tonic which can often lead to better absorption of them! May I mention it also offers an incredible amount of these nutritive jewels as well.
