When do I think of Elder flowers? If my little one has a bug. Elderflower is a lovely, delicious, gentle flower that I often find helpful for children. It is a staple in our household for our little one.. Gentle yet powerful antiviral and diaphoretic (induce sweating) properties make it so helpful. It has also been called upon for years as a wash for skin. It was a number one ingredient in the ever-so-famous Queen of Hungary water!
