When do I think of Hawthorn? If I think of anything regarding the heart. Hawthorn is an incredible herb known as a trophorestorative for the heart and circulatory system. Meaning, it could potentially help restore health to a particular system.. in this case the heart and circulatory system. I also call upon it to help with inflammatory issues of connective tissues and love to pair it with Gotu Kola and Sarsaparilla in this case. I tend to pair it with motherwort if I’m trying to help loved ones looking to find a healthy blood pressure level. Hawthorn has shown quite helpful for children who struggle to find focus. It even pairs beautifully with rose for a broken heart. What a gift.
